45 Deadlifts @ 135/95

45 Burpee Box Jumps

**step up jump down is an appropriate scale.  it is preferred that you choose a smaller box in or even a plate or two to jump on.  

**uncomfortable with the deadlift??? Row 35 Calories with a damper of 8 or more.
