With a Partner, Alternating Rounds, 10 Rounds For Time:

20 Dumbbell Snatch @ 50/35

10 Box Jump Over @ 30/24

40 yd Run

 

Preferred Scales: Use a dumbbell that allows you to move briskly.  And a box height that doesn't instill fear.  Run walk or crawl the 40 :)
