Thursday Night Announcements!

Every Thursday night at 8pm for the next 5 weeks we'll be meeting up at the gym to watch the live stream of the Open WOD announcement. Every week we'll have a potluck, so make your favorite snack/dish, come join us to see what the workout is, and watch Tom and Aaron suffer through the workout before you have to do it on Friday! 8pm at the gym, be there!

min 10-12: 7 Handstand Push-ups
min 13-15: 7 Back Squats 135/95
min 16-18: 7 Pull-ups or 4 Muscle-ups

Level 1:
min 10-12: Wall Kick-ups or Push Press
min 16-18: Ring Rows
