Thursday Night Announcements!

Every Thursday night at 8pm for the next 4 weeks we'll be meeting up at the gym to watch the live stream of the Open WOD announcement. Every week we'll have a potluck, so make your favorite snack/dish, come join us to see what the workout is, and watch Tom and Aaron suffer through the workout before you have to do it on Friday! 8pm at the gym, be there!

min 6-10: 7 Box Jump Overs 24/20
min 11-15: 7 Power Snatch 75/55
min 16-20: 7 KB Swings 70/55

**For those of you who are not registered for the open and would like more of a challenge in the workout, feel free to go 10 reps for every movement.
