2 teams will face off to complete as many rounds as they can rotating through different movements Conga-line style

6 Dumbbell snatches 50/35

5min AMRAP
1 Slamball over the shoulder 100/80

5min AMRAP
3 Push-ups

5min AMRAP
3 squat cleans 95/65

5min AMRAP
3 Thrusters 95/65

Two teams will face-off for as many rounds as they can. Each AMRAP will count as a round. The losing team will perform 10 Burpees
