Athletes choose their own dumbbells (or kettlebells) and need 2 of the same size. Suggested top end would be 60/40. Snatch is one arm/one db.. shoulder to overhead is 2 dumbells, pistols are pistols. Hold one of your dumbells if you can. (You May also grab a 10 or 15# plate to challenge your pistol lightly. Make this wod your own by going lighter and faster or heavier and more paced.
