Suitcase Deadlift = stand next to your bar and pick it up at your side with one hand. Very similar to suitcase carry except with a barbell.   Grab the middle and make sure you bring the bar to the ground each rep fully so that bar doesn’t get crooked.  If someone is able to use a kettlebell because of the weight, then stand on a 45# plate and touch the plate to the ground.
