Death by= 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second, 3 reps the third etc. until you can no longer complete the reps for the minute.  

In this instance, when you fail one death by, reduce the weight, rest one minute and start the next movement back at 1 rep.

Bicep curl 21s with barbell

8-10 dumbbell single arm rows each arm

12-15 lay pulldowns  


rest 2-3 minutes  

Max set unbroken strict ring muscle ups or pull ups
